Ha sido profesora universitaria desde 1993. “Artista Invitada” y conferencista en diferentes universidades e instituciones educativas y culturales de los Estados Unidos. Trabajo como Directora y Artista Residente en The Joy of Learning, centro educativo para la primera infancia inspirado en la filosofía Reggio Emilia en Miami, Florida del 2000 al 2008. Actualmente es la Directora Pedagógica de la Fundación Carulla desde Agosto del 2008.
Su trabajo hace parte de varias colecciones publicas y privadas, entre ellas están la colección del Museo de Arte Moderno de Medellín, Museo de Antioquia y la Biblioteca Luis Angel Arango.
Su obra ha sido publicada en revistas impresas, electrónicas y blogs de arte internacional como Art Nexus, Blend Magazine de Alemania, Mocoloco.com, Boingboing.net, Tecnomadas XXXL entro otras. Articulos de prensa en el Colombiano, el Tiempo, el Philadelphia Inquirer y el Miami Herald.
